Refunds & Cancellations

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies to purchases of digital products sold through apps-and-plugins.co.uk, including apps, plugins, licences, subscriptions and related downloadable software.

1. Digital Products and Immediate Supply

Our products are supplied digitally.

By placing an order and requesting immediate access to your purchase, you expressly agree that supply of the product may begin immediately and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right will be lost once supply has begun.

For the purposes of this policy, supply begins when we provide any of the following:

• access to download the product
• a licence key or activation key
• access to the relevant customer account area
• any other means of access to the purchased digital product

2. Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may request cancellation and a refund only before supply has begun.

Once supply has begun, change-of-mind refunds are not available.

3. Product Suitability and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, compatibility information, system requirements and documentation before purchase.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your website, system, software version or intended use, please contact us before ordering.

4. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

If a product is faulty, materially not as described, or cannot be supplied as advertised, please contact us with full details. Where appropriate, we will investigate and provide a repair, replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer law.

5. Renewals and Cancellations

Where automatic renewals apply, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal date through your account area or by contacting us.

Once a renewal payment has been processed, refunds are not normally available unless required by law or approved at our discretion.

6. Abuse and Breach

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request where we reasonably believe there has been misuse of the product, abuse of this policy, breach of licence terms, excessive or repeated refund requests, or use beyond the permitted number of sites or users.

8. Statutory Rights
