We don’t just build apps and plugins for fun – we build them to solve problems. Every app or plugin is designed by people who’ve built, developed or managed a website, run marketing campaigns, built businesses, and fought off real-world threats. Whether it’s protecting your site with HackBlocker, or launching a new lead generation campaign, our apps and plugins are based on experience, tested in the field with our own clients, and updated with what works now – not what used to.

No. All our apps and plugins are built to be simple and intuitive. If you can use a browser and follow prompts, you can use our apps and plugins. All our apps and plugins install easily and come with clear setup guides. Our goal is to make things simpler, not overwhelm.

Yes. Many agencies, freelancers, and fractional marketing directors use our tools with their own clients. If you’re a website developer or marketing provider, these tools can make you faster, sharper, and more scalable.

We offer responsive email support, plus simple setup guides, demo videos, and clear documentation for every product. For agency users, we also offer personalised onboarding (costs apply), walkthroughs, and training where needed, so your team can hit the ground running.

Yes. We monitor our apps and plugins constantly – whether that’s adapting to new SEO rules, platform updates, or emerging online threats. As we actually use our own apps and plugins we actively maintain and improve them to keep up with platform updates (like WordPress core or Google changes), ensure compatibility (based on our own software set), and deliver better results based on our own use, our clients use and additional user feedback.

We aim to respond to all support email requests within 24-48 business hours.

We’re always working to improve our apps and plugins, adding new features as and when necessary. We actively listen to our clients and customer feedback and use it to shape our products, but, as we develop primarily to suit our own needs at this time, we don’t actively publish a roadmap. That said, if you have a feature that you think may be worth adding to any of our apps and plugins, we’d be happy to here about it – we can’t guarantee your ideas will make their way into any of our apps or plugins, but who knows?

Some of them are, but not all. Where it adds real value, we integrate AI to make better decisions, faster. Behind the scenes, where we do use AI, we’ve trained our AI stack using proven strategies, our own developed and tested prompts (we don’t just work with generic prompts and expect the results to be right!), and deep domain expertise. We continuously refine this knowledge to ensure our AI tools help surface threats, analyse gaps, and accelerate ours and your strategy, but we always start with what’s smart for a business, not just what’s possible with AI. Strategy always comes first; AI simply helps execute it faster and smarter.

Our plugins are designed to be highly compatible. They require a standard WordPress installation (usually a recent version, such as 5.5 or later), a compatible PHP version (typically 7.4 or higher), and a secure hosting environment. Specific version requirements for each tool are always listed in the documentation.
