Tools for practitioners, built by practitioners
Apps & Plugins exists for a simple reason: we kept running into the same gaps while delivering real client work – gaps commercial tools didn’t fill, or solved in ways that were slow, bloated, or non-compliant. So, we built what we needed: focused WordPress plugins and companion apps that do the job properly, respect privacy, and integrate cleanly with the way modern teams work.
Today, those internal tools have matured into a growing product set used across our own website development, client projects and consulting programmes and by customers who value practicality over hype. Everything here is designed to shorten the distance between “what the business needs” and “done-correctly, measurably, and repeatably.”
What we build (and why)
We ship two kinds of products:
- WordPress plugins for privacy, security, editorial/UX, and search-led growth.
- Desktop and cloud apps that accelerate research, content creation, and QA without locking you into yet another ad-tech or mar-tech bundle.
Every product starts with an operational need we’ve felt first-hand while delivering websites, SEO programmes, and content at scale.
The result is a set of tools that are intentionally narrow, fast, and safe, no vanity features, no heavy dependencies, and no surprises in production.
Who we build for
Our primary users are web developers, marketers, e-commerce managers, copy editors, SEO consultants/agencies, and in-house growth teams. A secondary audience, directors, operations leaders, and coaches, values our tools because they tighten process, reduce waste, and make performance visible. We design for practitioners but surface the metrics stakeholders care about: compliance, page experience, discoverability, and ROI.
Our philosophy: market-oriented, always
We’re unapologetically market-oriented. Tools only earn their place if they deliver an outcome the market values:
- Do they remove bottlenecks that slow delivery?
- Do they reduce errors and rework?
- Do they make sites safer, faster and easier to manage?
- Do they help non-technical users do great work consistently?
- Do they support long-term organic visibility rather than quick wins that don’t stick?
If the answer isn’t “yes,” we keep building.
A second principle guides everything we release: benefits before features. Features are important, but benefits are why anyone should care. When we design a control, we ask who needs it, what job it does, how it reduces risk, and how it pays back in time saved or results gained.
The Keyword Insights Search Probability Add-on adds advanced keyword performance scoring and tracking tools to your Keyword Insights dashboard. It highlights which keywords are most likely to generate clicks and traffic - and makes it easy to monitor progress across your entire site.

Each keyword within your Keyword Insights data is assigned a live percentage score based on impressions, position, and click-through trends, helping you instantly gauge its likelihood of driving traffic.
INTEGRATED INTO ALL EXPORTS
Adds a new Search Probability column to both post/page CSV exports and the full All Insights export, making performance reporting and comparison effortless.
DEDICATED SEARCH PROBABILITY PAGE
Introduces a new page within Keyword Insights that automatically collects every keyword tracked across your site. View keyword probabilities, when they first appeared, and when they last changed - all from a single dashboard.
EXPORTABLE DATA FOR REPORTING
All probability data from the dedicated page can be exported to CSV for easy sharing, analysis, or client reporting.
TRACK CHANGES OVER TIME
The add-on records when each keyword first appeared and when its probability last changed, giving clear insight into how visibility and engagement evolve.
SEAMLESS INTEGRATION
Works natively within the Keyword Insights plugin with no additional configuration required. Once activated, all new and existing keyword data automatically includes probability scoring.

Apps & Plugins is built by the same senior practitioners who deliver consulting, website and brand development and training under our sister brands (Social Definition and SEO Training Online).
