Refunds & Cancellations

Our policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of our apps and plugins.

1. 14 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied, find our apps or plugins are not compatible with your website, system or other softewares you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal – for any reason. No questions asked (although it would be helpful for future development to know where something wasn’t compatible or didn’t have a feature you were looking for).

2. Renewal Refunds

If, where automatic renewal subscriptions are in place, you miss cancellation and are charged for renewal, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date. No questions asked.

3. Post Window Policy

After the 14 day refund window closes, subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid term. No pro rated refunds or credits will be issued for early cancellations.

4. How to Cancel & Request a Refund

    1. Cancel Auto Renewal: If your purchase has an automatic subscription renewal, log in to your account dashboard and turn off automatic renewal under “Subscriptions,” or email support@apps-and-plugins.co.uk
    2. Request Refund: Email support@apps-and-plugins.co.uk with your order number and purchase date within the applicable refund window.

5. Exceptions & Discretion

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated refund requests) or if the plugin has been used on more sites than your license permits.

6. Effective Date

This policy applies to all purchases made on or after 30 July 2025.
